Blood Orange Olive Oil Cake

Blood orange olive oil cake (seasonal)
$58.00

Our olive oil cakes are made with premium Graza Sizzle extra virgin olive oil, made with peak-harvest olives that give it a mellow flavor. Moist and citrus-forward, this cake is infused with fragrant blood orange zest and juice, then finished with a cloud of whipped mascarpone cream. Soft, lightly sweet, each bite is fresh, floral, and just a little indulgent.

Quezito comes from the Spanish word for cheese — a nod to my first language and the way food has always connected me to home, family, and gathering around the table.

We also might've swapped a letter to tie it back to my last name, Quezada, which makes it extra personal. Quezito is where seasonality, craft, and community meet, and where cheese is always at the center.

The Meaning Behind Quezito

Nicole, you are your brand, and your brand is you💐 when I met you at an event, it was cold and raining, you were happy and presented your boxes with joy. The vision you have for your brand resonates in the aesthetic. The delicate, beautiful, colorful, and pleasing presentation is everything. Your boxes have a feel of luxury and ease. You translate that into your IG feed. I said to my husband that day, "she is going to do great"

  • “In season” means an ingredient is being harvested at its natural peak—when it grows best in that time of year, without forcing it.

  • Produce is fresher, firmer, and packed with more flavor and nutrients. When it’s in season locally, it often travels less and is harvested at its peak—allowing it to taste exactly as it should: vibrant, balanced, and full of life.
